A score of 80% or higher indicates that you are ready to make changes in your life or work. Consider coaching to help you target your objectives and any performance gaps.

A score of 65 to 75% suggests your hesitance to make any changes at this time. Consider identifying the good and bad elements in your work and life, and your commitment to taking responsibility to make changes in your life.

Below 65%, you do not appear to want to make changes at this time. Your performance may be acceptable to you and your co-workers, and you are satisfied that you are achieving your potential at your job.
