Mike provides extensive one-on-one coaching to new field sales people. Mike works extensively with managers and executives providing motivational tools that promote the sales effort. Mike specializes in training distributor sales staff through the in-house training programs that he’s developed. He also managed salespeople throughout the United States. He is comfortable with the corporate environment as well as that of the entrepreneur.

Mike’s career began with Mobil Chemical Plastics Division where he developed his skills in sales, sales management, and marketing. In his capacity as National Sales Manager Mike led the planning and implementation of marketing and sales programs. He also concentrated his attention on sales training and staff development. Mike started his own manufacturers representative organization. His company sells packaging to retail, industrial, and dry cleaning distributors.

Mike received an BA degree from Wayne State University with a major in mass communications. He is active in various community groups and associations, and is a member of an amateur theatrical group. He is a native Detroiter. He and his wife Judy have one child and reside in Commerce Township. For leisure, he enjoys golf, boating and spending time with family and friends.
